By accessing this website, placing an order, or using Nuracom products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

Nuracom is an Australian-owned business supplying ceiling-mounted smart drying systems for residential use. All products are shipped from our Australian warehouse and supported by an Australian-based team.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. Orders are processed only after payment is received in full. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing or stock errors are identified.

Estimated delivery times are indicative and begin from the date of dispatch. Exact rates and timeframes are calculated at checkout based on your postcode and confirmed once your order is dispatched. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Nuracom units are plug-and-play and connect to a standard power point — no hard-wiring of the unit is required. The unit is designed so that customers can mount it themselves, provided all mounting, structural and safety instructions are followed correctly.

In many homes a power point is not already located where the unit is installed. Where a new power point or electrical supply is required, that electrical work must be carried out by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian electrical safety standards.

Correct mounting is essential for safety and structural integrity. Damage, injury, or warranty loss caused by incorrect mounting or installation is not the responsibility of Nuracom.

Nuracom products are covered by a limited warranty: 1 year full (parts & labour), 2 years parts only, and 5 years on the motor (lifting drive module). Full warranty terms, exclusions, and the claim process are set out in our Warranty & Returns Policy. This warranty applies to residential use only.

We offer a 30-day returns window for unused products in original resellable condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer and refunds are issued after inspection. Full terms are set out in our Warranty & Returns Policy.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names, designs, and software — is owned by Nuracom or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuracom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage — including loss of property, profits, or time — arising from the use, installation, or malfunction of our products or this website.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nuracom products are designed and warranted for residential use only. Use in commercial, industrial, or high-humidity environments is not supported unless expressly agreed in writing. Do not attempt to modify, disassemble, or repair the unit yourself — this voids the warranty and may cause injury.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, operations, or legal requirements. The most current version is always published on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Nuracom products will be handled in the courts of Queensland.
