Warranty & Returns Policy
All Nuracom products are covered by a limited warranty, subject to the terms below. This page covers exactly what's included, what isn't, and how to make a claim — so there are no surprises.
1 Year Full Warranty
Parts + Labour
Covers manufacturing defects on the complete unit, including parts and labour.
2 Years Parts Warranty
Parts Only
Covers replacement parts only. Labour not included after the first year.
5 Years Motor Warranty
Motor Only
Covers motor-related faults under normal residential use.
What is covered
Faults and defects that arise from normal residential use.
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty components under normal residential use
- Electrical or mechanical failures not caused by external factors
- Motor faults under normal use (up to 5 years)
What is NOT covered
Damage and scenarios that fall outside normal residential use.
- Incorrect installation or improper use
- Damage caused by moisture, water ingress, or environmental conditions
- Physical damage, misuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Power surges or external electrical issues
- Commercial use (unless agreed in writing)
How to make a warranty claim
Three simple steps. Most claims are resolved within a few business days of submission.

Your original Nuracom order confirmation or invoice is all we need to verify coverage.

Log in to your account and complete the warranty claim form — takes under five minutes.

Show us what's happening. A 30-second video is often enough — we'll take it from there.

If Nuracom isn't right for your home, send it back within 30 days for a refund — conditions apply.
Returns accepted when
- Product is unused
- Packaging is intact and original
- Item is in resellable condition
- Request is made within 30 days of delivery
Returns NOT accepted if
- Product has been installed or used
- Packaging is damaged, missing, or not original
- Item is not in resellable condition
- Request is made after 30 days
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Full refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet the above conditions.
Important notes
- Installation must be carried out correctly and, where required, by a licensed electrician.
- This warranty applies to residential use only.
- Nuracom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or installation.
- Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
