Five clear steps. No surprises. Most people are drying clothes within an hour of opening the box.
Open the box and lay everything out. The unit, the bracket, the install kit, and the printed guide and/or video. No missing pieces — every Nuracom is QC-checked before it ships.
Use a stud finder to locate a structural joist (most aussie homes) or use the included template on a concrete ceiling. We give you four options for placement based on your ceiling layout. All explained in the video guide above.
Drill 2 or 4 pilot holes, ensure the bracket is flush to the ceiling.
Lift the Nuracom unit into the bracket and screw it in. Test it's tight by giving it a gentle pull.
Plug into the ceiling outlet, hit the power button, and download the Tuya app. Pair via Bluetooth in under 60 seconds. Run your first test cycle in under an hour!
